Our policy lasts 14 days and is applied within UAE only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, label not removed, not altered in any way or damaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If an item is returned in a damaged condition (e.g. with makeup stains, perfume smells, or broken buttons) and is not in its original condition, we will reach out to you to inform you of the issue. In such cases, you will have the option to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own cost (you will be responsible for the shipping charges).

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged, or if the products received do not match the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the refund is accepted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that products are damaged or defective if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective.

If the size does not fit, you can exchange the same item with your size. This is the only case where exchange is accepted. If your size was not available or the item is sold in one size, refund only is eligible if the refund matches the conditions stated above. Exchange time may vary by location. If we cannot reach you by phone or SMS, your return/exchange request will be cancelled after 3 days.

Any return/exchange request should be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order to the customer service team through email at orders@lkeyboutique.com including the following details:
- Indicating the item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
- Indicating the reason of the return.
- Indicating the size, you would like to exchange to.
- Indicating the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used in the order.
- Include your email / contact number / detailed address.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required including the order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

For credit/debit card payments, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment. No return/exchange is accepted for Cash on Delivery orders.

All items that are part of a discount, promotion, clearance or offer cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
